The Nassau County Executive Cup - College Showcase is an open tryout-based event where players will be selected based on performance. If selected, the NCEC - College Showcase gives High School boy and girls soccer players an opportunity to present their skills in front of college coaches. The event was founded in 2011, and has generated over 80 success stories where student-athletes now represent a variety of colleges and universities such as University of Delaware, Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), SUNY College of Albany, and many more.

Pre-Season Prep

Getting the Results with Preparation
Pre-Season Prep is a Summer program which is designed to prepare individual players for the upcoming Fall season. The program will focus on fitness, strength, speed and agility, while including technical and tactical training. PSP is instructed by Long Island Lift and Training staff. One of the key requirements of a good soccer team is conditioning, and the key to any conditioning program is the athlete. No matter how good the program may be, nothing is truly accomplished unless the athlete maintains the workouts and develops good personal fitness habits.

Our College ID Combine sets the standard for collegiate level training. Our mission is simply to give High School student-athlete soccer players an inside look into college soccer, and allow them to work with and be seen by coaches from some of the top schools in the area. We bring elite coaches from different divisions and conferences all to one place to provide both the exposure and experience that every player is looking for. Our goal is to improve individual play and help prepare you for the upcoming seasons through demanding field sessions and progressive instruction.

andGO Sports non-profit "Sports for the Community" was founded in 2011. Offering year round indoor and outdoor youth soccer clinics for all levels, boys and girls, ages 4-12 years old, the SFTC Programs are designed for providing fun, appropriate and exciting skill training and game competition at a critical age for soccer development. The curriculum and age appropriate development plan is geared to not only set standards in athletics, but also to provide a foundation for building character on the field, in the classroom, and throughout all areas of life.
